In said registration, the User will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As well as for any other purpose that the regulations of social networks allow. In no case will we use followers profiles on social networks to send advertising individually.

The prospective or commercial offer of products and services is based on the consent requested, without in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditioning the execution of the subscription contract.

A web analytics service provided by Google Inc., a Delaware company whose main office is at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States ("Google"). Google Analytics, which are text files located on your computer to help HORTITEC analyze the use made by users of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of http://www.hortitec.es (including your IP address) will be directly transmitted and filed by Google on servers in the United States.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation on whether HORTITEC is processing personal data concerning them or not.

HORTITEC, by itself or as assignee, owns all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its web page, as well as the elements contained therein. By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including its modality of making available, of all or part of the contents of this web page for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of HORTITEC, are expressly prohibited. HORTITEC will not be responsible in any case for damages of any kind that could be caused by the User, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid it. HORTITEC reserves the right to make, without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate on its portal, being able to change, delete, or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way they are presented or located on its portal.

In no case will HORTITEC assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an external website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, veracity, validity, and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of such hyperlinks or other Internet sites. HORTITEC reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without the need for prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Terms of Use.

HORTITEC may modify at any time the conditions determined here, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will be based on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.

PROCESS
The user must make the purchase on the website of www.hortitec.es, downloading the receipt in PDF once the payment has been made correctly or showing it on the mobile. Payments can be made through our virtual POS using VISA and MASTERCARD cards. In case of doubt, the user can write an email to [email protected].

RETURN POLICY
The user has the right to return the full amount of the registration as long as the conditions of the cancellation policy are met. The return will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, in this case through a virtual POS.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be informed in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations informed through any other means will not be accepted. In this email, all purchase data must be included, adding the name and surname, date of purchase, and contact details.

If the cancellation is made at least 4 calendar days before the event, no charge will be made to Hortitec.

If the cancellation is made 2 calendar days before the event, the charge will be 50% of the total amount, and if it is made on the same day as the event, the charge will be 100% of the registration amount.

HORTITEC guarantees security and confidentiality in all communications with its customers. All online payment operations are carried out through a secure server based on the SSL standard, which protects data against attempts of violation by third parties. HORTITEC guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal, domiciliary, payment, and any other type of data provided by our clients in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 18/2018, OF September 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights and as established in our Privacy Policy, which must have been accepted in the registration/purchase form.

The sales made to HORTITEC are subject to Spanish legislation. In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be that of the Courts or Tribunals of Valencia (Spain).
